FT’s lose a tough one

The Flying Tigers took a 9-3 lead into the bottom of the 6th last night, but lost the game 10-9 on a walk-off homerun by Jays left fielder Juan Portes.
Justin Justice led the offensive attack, going 3 for 4, including his 3rd home run and 3 RBI’s. Shawn Roof continues to surprise all by going 2 for 3, including a double, walk and 2 RBI’s. Cale Iorg also added 3 hits and Ryan Strieby added a pair of RBI’s on a single and a walk.
Matt O’Brien started the game for the Flying Tigers, going 5 innings and giving up 3 earned runs on 4 hits, a walk and a strikeout. Jordan Tata followed him in relief, giving up 4 earned runs on a hit and 4 walks in just two-thirds of an inning. With LFT up 9-8 in the 9th, Freddy Dolsi gave up a single and then the walk-off homerun to Portes, taking a blown save and a loss with one pitch.
