Tuesday, March 25th, 2008The Flying Tigers will be playing the Southeastern University Fire baseball team April 2nd at 7 PM. Tickets for the general public are $2. The organization has been somewhat quiet about the event up to this point, but Southeastern University has started advertising for the game. View the school’s web release here.

Friday, March 21st, 2008Return the favor by catching the Flying Tigers home opener on April 5th at 6:00 PM. The remainder of the schedule can be found here for the time being.
The squad will also be playing a preseason game against nearby Southeastern University. More details regarding this game will be available at a later date.

Future Flying Tigers get awards
Wednesday, March 19th, 2008Before yesterday’s Tigers-Astros game, last year’s West Michigan Whitecaps, many (most) of who will be in Lakeland this summer, took the field to recieve their 2007 Midwest League Championship awards! Minor League Spring Training begins tomorrow!
